Delve deep into Kawaii culture, characterised by its cute and innocent aesthetic and vividly bright colours, as you explore the famous Tokyo district of Harajuku.
You'll begin your Kawaii culture tour of Tokyo at the Harajuku train station.
The Kawaii aesthetic, or 'cuteness culture' has become a popular aspect of Japanese popular culture. Your guide, who will be wearing a typical Kawaii outfit, will introduce you to this magical world where bright colours, cuddly teddies and Hello Kitty are all á la mode.
You'll stop at some typical Kawaii food spots, where both the interior design and the menu are vibrantly coloured and extra cute, and the waiters wear iconic Kawaii clothing. Visit Kawaii shops where you can find everything you need to join in with this completely unique urban Japanese culture.
Your tour will finish back at the Harajuku train station.
