Mount Fuji & Fruit Picking Day Trip
Spend a full day enjoying Mount Fuji, one of the most beautiful sights in Japanese nature. Admire spectacular landscapes and even go fruit picking - an unmissable opportunity!
Mount Fuji & Fruit Picking Day Trip
We'll meet at 8 am at the LOVE statue, located next to Shinjuku Station, and from this point in Tokyo, we'll travel by bus to the Yamanashi Fuji Fruit Park.
Once we arrive at the park, we'll pick different fruits that, of course, you'll have the chance to sample. Which fruits we'll end up picking depends on the time of the year. Between mid-July and mid-August, it'll be peaches, while from mid-August to the beginning of October grapes will be the protagonist. On the other hand, if you take the tour from mid-October to November we'll pick berries.
After the fruit picking, we'll continue the tour around Mount Fuji on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. On the shore of this famous lake, we'll stop at the famous Oishi Park or, if you're on the tour from October 29, we'll instead visit the corridor of maple trees to see the autumn colors of the maple trees.
Next, we'll head to a restaurant on Lake Kawaguchi where you'll enjoy a delicious Japanese lunch including a plate of udon noodles. After lunch, we'll board the Mount Fuji cable car for an extraordinary 360-degree panoramic view.
The cable car will take us to the fifth station of Mt. Fuji, where you'll see the beautiful scenery that will be forever etched in your heart. After enjoying the incredible views, we'll take the cable car back to the foot of the mountain.
Finally, we'll take the bus back to the Japanese capital. Arrival at the meeting point in Tokyo is scheduled at 6:30 pm.
