Flight wasn't delayed, i take around 60 minuts to clear customs, and i get a message from the driver saying he was not doing the transfer. After 5 minutes send a message asking for more 20€ to perform the service, not honest job...

As indicated in the booking confirmation email, the driver will wait for you for one hour after your flight has landed, after which time you will have to pay a supplement if you want him to wait for you. This is indicated to be taken into account on the day of the transfer.

La jeune conductrice nous attendait à l’aéroport comme prévu. Ça nous a pris 2h pour sortir de l’aéroport avec l’attente aux douanes. La conductrice avait de la difficulté à trouver son chemin et ça a pris 1h30 au lieu de 1h pour arriver à l’hôtel. En route, elle nous a dit qu’il fallait payer 30$ d’extra pour l’attente. De plus elle nous a laissé à la mauvaise succursale de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes seuls en attendant que l’hôte vienne nous chercher en bicyclette…

Nous avons confirmé que le chauffeur a suivi le point de destination indiqué dans la réservation.

El conductor fue muy puntual y llegamos con tiempo suficiente al aeropuerto. Por ponerle un punto negativo: la conducción del conductor era mejorable. Daba algun que otro movimiento brusco al volante y le vimos con bastante cara de sueño.

No se puede tolerar que después de hacer un a reserva de un traslado para un bebé con silla habilitada se presenten sin ella. Servicio malo y pésimo.

Aunque en el país no es necesario el uso de sillita en vehículos de transporte profesionales, es cierto que el conductor olvidó llevarla, sentimos las molestias. Se ha gestionado la compensación pertinente.
